Why do I want toads inside carved pumpkins? Simple because 22 lives are lost every 10 seconds on the world's roads! And while a wide variety of reasons are and will be found in this horrifying statistic - human  error is involved in  almost all of 'em if not all! Yes, they are waiting for toads!
